Thanks for being cool or some other line that might sound good here that will take up space and stuff.  Seriously, I hope you enjoy your time off and CERTAINLY don't forget to thank the men and women who serve our country.  It doesn't matter if you're a conservative, liberal, communist, or albino.  One thing you have to agree with, is that our men and women who serve are awesome.
 
Also, thanks for being a client, reader or anyone else who I find cool.  If you found a way to this page, congratulations.  You're cool.  I hope you enjoy the workouts... remember, you can stay lean while away!
